Is based in San Jose (Costa Rica), Sofia (Bulgaria) and Belgrade (Serbia <\/span>As the business grows, is seeking to expand it bright and talented people who are passionate about the software industry.<\/span><\/p>

The position
<\/strong>For the growth of company, we are looking Senior Automation Engineer to join our team (Location: Costa Rica or country with similar time zone to Costa Rica +\/- 1 hour).<\/p>

It's a full-time position for candidates in either Latin America or Eastern Europe, willing to work with at least 3 hours of overlap with Eastern Europe office hours (check what time it is in Bulgaria, for instance, and compare to your own to see what's the difference)<\/p>

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

  • Ensure that documentation of new systems\/components is complete.<\/li>
  • Maintaining a knowledgebase and systems documentation.<\/li>
  • Defining alarms and monitoring<\/li>
  • Monitoring<\/li><\/ul>


    Your background & requirements<\/strong><\/p>

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience<\/li>
    • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar<\/li>
    • Experience with Windows, Linux and FreeBSD operating systems<\/li>
    • Experience with Ansible, Bash, Powershell, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Git<\/li>
    • Experience with Microsoft IIS<\/li>
    • Familiarity with Agile principles and ability to follow Scrum development workflow<\/li>
    • Fluent in English (C1 at least)<\/li>
    • Experience working in an Agile Development environment<\/li>
    • You are located in either Latin America, or Eastern Europe<\/li>
    • You can work EST (Eastern Time) office hours, having at least 3 hours of overlap per day with the rest of the team.<\/li><\/ul>


      Nice to haves and pluses<\/strong><\/p>

      • Experience with MSSQL, MySQL, CouchDB, Couchbase, RabbitMQ is an advantage<\/li>
      • Experience in different deployment types (Blue\/Green, A\/B testing, Canary)<\/li>
      • Experience with Microservice system architecture is an advantage<\/li><\/ul>
