Responsibilities

Design and implement different parts of distributed, event driven and reliable microservice’s architecture.

Designing and developing on NoSQL databases.

Designing, developing, and maintaining integrations with various internal and external applications.

Providing support for our application, working closely with product and account management teams

Work with Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical designs and then help to plan Sprints that deliver quality components and products on time

Assisting the Product Management group in specifying requirements into technical requirements

Actively participate in research, discussions and decisions on software architecture, development processes, and other standards

Actively participate in our Scrum process: Standups, Refinements, Planning, Retrospectives, Demos

Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related career.

Previous experience in HR team leadership.

Knowledge in human resources strategies, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, training and development, payroll and compensation management, among others.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Recruitment and Selection Specialist

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related career.

Previous experience in recruitment and selection of personnel.

Knowledge in recruitment and selection strategies, candidate evaluation, competency-based interviews, among others.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Full Stack Developer

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related career.

Previous experience in web development and programming in different languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Java, among others).

Knowledge in web application development, databases and servers.

Excellent problem solving and teamwork skills.

English language proficiency.

Developer Front end

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development.

Proven experience with React.js and Angular, including familiarity with hooks, state management, and Angular CLI. state management y Angular CLI.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with version control systems (example Git, SVN)
